Who can call on CLM-Conciergerie?

We support owners of furnished accommodation located in Talmont, Meschers-sur-Gironde, Royan, Saint-Georges-de-Didonne, St Palais Sur Mer, Vaux Sur Mer, or simply on the Côte de Beauté, This applies to both primary and secondary residences for seasonal rental.

How are you remunerated?

We operate on the basis of a transparent commission deducted from each reservation.
The owner collects the rent directly from the tenant (LMNP preserved), and we issue a separate invoice for our concierge services.

Does the Hoguet Act apply to me?

No. With our model, you collect your rental income directly from your booking platforms, or via our site via Stripe Connect Standard (Automatic separation of the tenant payment between you and us).
You stay within the framework LMNP (non-professional furnished rental). We are not financial intermediaries → so no G card required.

Who does the cleaning and maintenance?

 

We take care of cleaning before and after your stay, as well as the supply of linen.
Where necessary, we also manage routine maintenance (minor repairs, technical monitoring).

Do you offer a deposit?

 

Yes, via a Stripe bank pre-authorisation (not cashed).
This reassures both landlords and tenants, without complicated accounting.

How can you increase my rental income?

By going directly through our booking and payment system, you don't pay the AirBNB / Abritel / Etc commission.

We optimise your ads (photos, text), manage prices with dynamic pricing, We can also advertise your properties on a number of platforms (Airbnb, Booking, Abritel, etc.).

 

 

What area do you operate in?

 

We are based in Meschers-sur-Gironde and operate throughout the Royan, Saint-Georges-de-Didonne and the Côte de Beauté.

What happens if a tenant has a problem during their stay?

 

Our team is available 7j/7 to assist your travellers (welcome, troubleshooting, practical questions). You gain peace of mind and your customers are better looked after
