The chalet has 3 rooms with a living room, kitchen, kitchenette (induction hob) and two bedrooms, opening onto a terrace with a large awning.
Blankets are available, but please bring your own sheets and towels.
The chalet is set in wooded grounds in a large family estate, immediately at the start of the staircase leading down to Les Nonnes beach.
Children may use the nearby swings under their parents' responsibility. Our children are likely to come and play there too, so please give them a warm welcome!

You have access to the garden in the immediate vicinity of the chalet.

-Arrival: from 3pm / Departure: Before 11am.
-The house does not have WIFI access.
-Linen is not provided. Please remember to bring your own sheets and towels. If required, we can provide you with the contact details of a nearby rental agency.
-We provide pillows and blankets. For reasons of hygiene, we have chosen not to lend duvets.
-We ask you to clean the house thoroughly before you leave, and to leave it in the same condition as you found it when you arrived.
-Thank you for respecting the calm and family atmosphere.
The accommodation is non-smoking.
-In principle, pets are not allowed. However, small animals may be admitted only after discussion and agreement with the owner and in strict compliance with the premises, in return for a deposit.
