In addition to the cost of the overnight stay, we charge a €50 fee to cover the costs of the person who welcomes you, is on site if necessary and carries out the check-out. This sum also covers the supply of cleaning products and regular basic maintenance of the house. It does not cover the usual cleaning that we ask our tenants to do to leave the house spotless before they leave. ⚠️ please do not apply for a booking if it is not possible for you to do your own housework. 🙏
The house is located in the wooded grounds of our family property, close to other houses and with its own entrance to the grounds. . The house has a living-dining room with a new, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, induction hob) and a television. The house has three bedrooms and a sofa bed, which can accommodate a maximum of 9 travellers. (bedroom 1: double bed 140 x 190 cm, washbasin; bedroom 2: double bed 140 x 190 cm, washbasin; bedroom 3: bunk beds with pull-out bed; sofa bed in the lounge: 140 x 190 cm). A laundry area is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a barbecue. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The house has 2 separate WCs. On the terrace, you'll find a table and chairs for enjoying meals overlooking the estuary.
We ask you to confirm that you have read and approved these important points before submitting your booking request: - Household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) is not provided, so please bring it with you. -We ask you to clean the property thoroughly before you leave, and to leave it in the same condition as when you arrived. -The house does not have WIFI access. It should also be noted that some telephone operators may have difficulty getting through in this area.

The chalet is located in the middle of a large wooded park, set apart from the rest of our family estate. The Nonnes beach, at the foot of the property, with its sailing club and two beach bar-restaurants, will delight young and old alike.

The chalet is set in wooded grounds in a large family estate, immediately at the start of the staircase leading down to Les Nonnes beach.
Children may use the nearby swings under their parents' responsibility. Our children are likely to come and play there too, so please give them a warm welcome!
