In 3 stages

1) Discussions + scoping of your property

  • Presentation of the accommodation, your objectives and constraints (timetable, rules, travel criteria, etc.)

  • We validate together: capacity, equipment, desired rental conditions, platforms used.

To prepare: address, capacity, photos (even simple ones), key information (beds, access, special features).

2) Setting up (announcement & settings)

Important information: you stay responsible for creation and publication your listings (Airbnb/Booking/Abritel). We'll help you: proofreading, optimisation, photo recommendations, settings, possible settings via co-host/partner access, calendar and price updates. ✅ You stay in control ✅ We optimise and manage day-to-day operations

3) Day-to-day operation: we take care of everything

Once the advert is online, we take over:
      • Calendar and booking management
      • Communication with travellers before / during / after their stay
      • Select travellers according to your criteria
      • Check-in & handover of keys
      • Check-out and handover of keys
      • Household / linen / gardener coordination
      • Passenger assistance 7j/7
    • Reporting faults + monitoring work.

“Who gets what? (very simple)

      • You cash in directly rents via Airbnb / Booking / Stripe.
    • We never cash in rents and deposits.

Owner follow-up

You will receive a quarterly summary (activity, overnight stays, tourist tax, points to watch, etc.).
